Now that she has a pulser built-in, it is no contest. Even with the ammo removed, she can fight iron fist style.

Absolutely. Should we also note that he is past 90 and she is well-trained in hand to hand combat. He might also not want to damage his hands, sort of valuable for a neurosurgeon.

And what father would really want to swing at his daughter and vice versa?

I think a more interesting contest would be Honor vs. Thandi. :)

One does have to assume that Alfred has taught her a few things through the years - until the only thing he was left with was developing tech for her.

But a serious sparring match would be upended by Allison. Behind every Alfred is an Allison saying "You hurt my baby, there will be consequences."

Does textev list the specifics of Alfred's training? Does he have a master himself?

all we know is that he is an ex RMMC sergeant who transferred to navy for med school after a very nasty incident of which we have even less info
