lunatic solly general, though effectively she was also dictator as the "elected" ruler had pretty much curled up into a ball and refused to talk to Terekov or do much of anything in regards to ruling his planet.

I always liked this, because at the time people on Baen's Bar were hammering MWW (Mad Wizard Weber) for math errors in the books. bold added.
