If it is a "Norwegian Blue", territory may not be an issue!

Is it pining for the Fjords?

A common mistake people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.

Lo and Behold, we are not the only ones to be thinking of the "Norwegian Blue" as the current issue of "The Economist" weekly magazine uses the image to convey a sick European economy!

Marrying off Zhanayt would not be a problem, even if her parrot were (made to be) a Norwegian Blue. Actually, the positioning of who she's married to should be one of the major issues at the court in Tellesberg.
I'm assuming a Charisian (lower) nobleman takes the chance the absence of the emperors opens up.

As to the Economist: It's overstating the case. That parrot could at most be a crossbreed Norwegian Blue with a hefty dose of more vigorous breeds, like German Gray . Wonder what the poor animal would look like.

...is now a bad time to point out that there is a story based on the relationship between a girl and a parrot which ends in a wedding...
