Honor Alexander-Herrington. Its her new name.

*Headache* > *Facepalm*

It was annoying/confusing me too. I thought it was that Audrey Hanranrahrhan person, but couldn't be bothered to look up her full name (or correct spelling).

btw. Herrington? That erm... sounds a bit fishy :P

Yes and no. If there's only a couple of books left, they'll be found PDQ. Keep in mind though, none of the two billion folks in Darius know WHAT they are, nor how their whole society is different from the rest of the galaxy.

The "RF" is essentially a small cadre of planetary leaders that know the whole story, and we get that there's a limited number of them "inside the onion" that know the whole story but control enough of a population to be a force in their sectors. Even then, the Detweiler's have some doubts about a few of them come crunch time, and maybe those doubting leaders will have to receive the "ftt----- you're dead" treatment when it's time.
So it's surmised to be easy, now that we have off planet treecats, to somewhere find the folks in the galaxy that have hid their genetic manipulations for centuries. Sounds like the eagles in LOTR to me.

Keep in mind, it's Zilwicki and Cachat (via Eric Flint) that accelerated the whole story progression twenty years. Our two galactic superspies, backed by Torch, etc. gotta be in the thick of it, and the SL has to be getting emasculated, Honor gets to have her revenge, and most of this has to conclude in the final book. Otherwise a treecat senses a key person, Honor finds out about it the GA dispatches enough SDs to slag all of the RF ships immediately and the story is basically over.

I think it will be much more interesting and fun than that.
