I saw there was a Honor Harrington Short Story in it. Anyone know what it is about?

Only EF and DW know for sure, but a good guess would be Dark Fall.

This book is all pieces by Eric Flint. It won't be RFC's Dark Fall. While it will probably be about some of Eric's characters in the Honorverse like Thandi Palane or the Mouse Queen, we'll find out when more than sample chapters are available.

yeah I saw the eArc was out on Baen so I was wondering if anyone had picked it up.

If you look at the contents-page of the eARC, you'll find that it is the Story "Fanatic" - in other words, the first single Victor-Cachat-Story.

Fanatic was also published in the W-o-H 4, Service of the Sword anthologies collection.

Thats a little disappointing that its a repeat story. I LOVED Fanatic (and from the highlands), was hoping that it would be a new story in that thread.

I agree, I really enjoyed fanatic and a new story would have been great.

Nope. Worlds 2 is a collection of Eric's short fiction published since the publication of his first collection, which was simply entitled Worlds. There are no new stories in either book.

They are both strictly reprint collections.
